How can you start a book club?

I would like to start a school book club and im going into middle school. I would like to start a before school book club or after school, but I don't know how to. School starts at 8:30 am and ends at 4. I will have to find out the bus schedule because I don't know when the bus comes. If some one could please help me with how to set up a book club I would really appreciate it. 10 points best answer and a bonus!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!How can you start a book club?
I suggest you get together with some of your friends who enjoy reading. All of you can brainstorm for other people you might know who would be interested in a book club. After school would be preferable, simply because I know very few middle school students who would get up earlier for anything, including a book club. Most school systems that rely on busing have an activities bus that runs an hour or more after the regular schedule. You could also check with your local library and see if there is a possibility that you could set up a club that could meet on weekends.



But honestly, finding 5-10 other kids, now, who would be interested would help. You can put up posters at school and recruit new members once you know there is an interest. Asking for dues simply to provide snacks for the group would be a plus also.
