I've joined a book club but they only meet once a month. I get bored really easily and want to take some classes. What are some classes I can join?

Two good answers, but here's a couple more things to try. Check your local high school district for adult education/night school classes, and some churches even offer reading groups. Second, many stores which sell craft supplies also offer classes in how to use them.

One other thing you might enjoy - see if there's an adult literacy group in your area, like Literacy Volunteers of America. If so, they usually offer free training in how to tutor adults in reading - it's fun, challenging, extremely satisfying, and never boring.

Check out your local community center to see what's offered. They may have lots of fun stuff going on.
