Video game of the month- like book club for video games?

I am looking for a club for my son. I am a member of a book of the month club, and I am looking for a similar club for my son, but video games, not books. Do you know of any clubs like that, that ship to Canada? thanks!Video game of the month- like book club for video games?

Personally I'd be highly wary of a service such as that. Unlike books, video games can be a very expensive mistake if you get a bad one. I can shrug off a bad book but a bad game is pretty infuriating when they cost upwards of $60.



A Gamefly subscription might be a decent compromise though. It's relatively cheap and he would be able to play basically anything he wants but on a game to game basis much like a club.Video game of the month- like book club for video games?

go online, make a steam account for him. that is the equivalent for a video game club for pc games. if he plays with a console such as xbox 360, get him a live account, if ps3 then it's free.
