How old do you have to be to join a book club?

Hey I am 13 and I want to join a book club? I am very interested in books and I would like to be part of a book club.

I would say, if there is one at your school, join it, or you can try to make one at school



I have a mother/daughter bookclub, so maybe you could get some friends and their moms to come. Its really fun actaully! :)



You could always go to your nearest library and see if they have any prgrams, but i would say that you should get some friends together and have one

I got in a book club when I was 15 - most of the people in the club were somewhere between their mid twenties to mid fifties, but they were glad to have someone so young. I bet if you inquired into some of your local clubs, they wouldn't care about your age and would probably encourage you to join.How old do you have to be to join a book club?

In that case, you must be old enough to make a binding agreement with the book club about payment or convince your parents to do the same for you.

Does your school have one? if not ask your teachers if they know of any in your area or better still get one started in your school. As for age I don't think it matters as long as your reading is mature.

They can be for any age, but book clubs where you buy books, you usually have to be 18.
