I've been trying to find a book club in my area, but I really can't find one that works around my work schedule. I would love to try and find one that will be available online all the time. If anyone knows of a good one please let me know.

Try Yahoo! Groups. There are thousands of groups out there, covering all different kinds of reading tastes.
You can join a generalized book club or one focused on a particular author or genre. Groups develop their own personalities, so you might have to look around a bit and join a few to find one that fits what you want, but there's probably one out there.
Or you can always start your own, though it can take a while to get it up and moving.
