Check libraries around your hometown, and ask them if they host book clubs. Put your town, state, and "book club" into google to see what comes up. Once you find book clubs, I'm sure they would be happy to review your book if you provide them with free copies and offer to have some sort of "Q%26amp;A with the author" after they are finished reading it.
