I belong to the Book Club Forum which is a cross-section of all ages and locations. For example, I live in Los Angeles but the base for the forum is in the UK.



It certainly isn't exclusive to age and sex (from your question) but it might serve your needs, why not check it out.
http://dearreader.com/ has a teen "book club." It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I love the concept of it. Basically the book club sends you an email a day with an excert from the book. They do a new book every week. So by Friday you have a pretty good idea of whether you like the book or not.
